By subscribing to and reading this publication, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1. Content & Intent

This is publication is classified as a news blog. What I choose publish is rooted in covering reporting events that have occurred—Both historical and current. When I publish expressions of opinion, I will address it that is my own opinion. When I write something that is confirmed—I will acknowledge it as speculation. The format of this publication’s writing is classified as “Open-Source Journalism”—Utilizing publicly available information, like social media, satellite imagery, and public databases to investigate stories and verify facts.

Nothing published here is intended to constitute professional advice—legal, medical, philosophical, or otherwise. This is publication is merely a messenger of information.

The goal of my content is to aim for objective truth. I will always welcome requests to update my articles if a news story updates overtime.

2. Subscription & Communication

By subscribing, you agree to receive new publications and updates directly to your email. You may unsubscribe at any time. I promise to all who subscribe you will not receive from me any kind of sales pitches or spam messaging. Just my articles, and nothing more.

All data is handled through Substack’s privacy and data policy. I do not sell, distribute, or otherwise tamper with your information.

3. Comment Policy

I will always allow comment sections to be open on all of my postings. If you feel the need to comment on what I wrote? Please by all means comment! Discussion is always welcome. Disagreement will be expected from audience.

As stated in Section 1 “Content & Intent”, the goal of my publication is to aim for objective truth. I am fallible. I will make mistakes, and when I do I will hold myself accountable. I will always encourage others to comment and fact-check what I write to further guarantee my accountability is delivered.

I must note: The comment section is a privilege, not a right. That privilege can be taken away instantly to anyone who comments abusive, defamatory, or intentionally disruptive comments. Anyone who violates this rule may be removed at my discretion.

My publication is intended to be a learning environment, a digital library or study hall if you will. Stay respectful and engage in good faith, and there will be no problems at all.

4. Intellectual Property

All original writings, including reports, commentary, are the intellectual property of the author (Tyler Segal) unless otherwise credited. All imagery and video clips are borrowed under “Fair Use.”

You are welcome to share quotes, excerpts, or links—with attribution.

Please do not republish full posts, edit, or commercialize this work without prior documented written consent.

5. Final Notes

This publication will evolve, as will our country’s political & economic state will. Therefore to reiterate in Sections 1 & 3, my articles may update as new information develops overtime.

Nonetheless, the overall purpose of this publication will always remain the same: Have a chance to share a fresh perspective on the world—covering both the historical, and the contemporary.

You are under no obligation to stay—but if you do, you do so by choice, and you are welcome here. These terms may be updated as needed. Continued reading and subscription indicates ongoing agreement.
